Sponsorship and Advertising

This section is independent of stand fees, and anyone offering class sponsorship or advertisements will be eligible.  Sponsor badges will be in addition to any free show passes you may be eligible to in the above section, therefore giving extra free entries, but with a little extra.

All sponsors will be listed in the show guide & show schedule publications next to their area of sponsorship, as well as the on-line show schedule.  They will also feature in the sponsorship lists in the show guide and on the website.

BRONZE SPONSOR (Spending between £50 & £249)

    1. Sponsor Badges giving entry to the show and the Members tent, which has the advantage of ring side seating facilities, tea/coffee and a bar.

1 -   based on sponsorship/advertising of between £50 & £100                           
2 –  based on sponsorship/advertising of between £101 & £150        
3 – based on sponsorship/advertising of between £151 & £200        
4 -   based on sponsorship/advertising of between £201 & £249

SILVER SPONSOR (Spending between £250 & £499)

  1. Sponsor Badges giving entry to the show and the Members tent, which has the advantage of ring side seating facilities, tea/coffee and a bar.

5 -   based on sponsorship/advertising of between £249 & £300
6 – based on sponsorship/advertising of between £301 & £400        
7 – based on sponsorship/advertising of between £401 & £499

GOLD SPONSOR (Section Sponsorship: Cost £500)

Sections available to Sponsor in this way are: Cattle, Sheep, Horses, Show Jumping, Poultry, Rabbits, Members Tent, Walling, Industrial Tent, Rural Crafts, Food Hall, Vintage Tractors, Entertainments, Wrestling and Main Ring

Sponsorship of a section will include:
• Branding opportunities at that section (to be supplied by sponsor).
• Branding in publications associated with chosen feature. 
• Programme Advertisement (B&W full A5 page).
• Banner spaces at the Show section (banners to be supplied by sponsor).
• Company name and information announcements throughout the day over PA system.
• 5m of free exhibition/trade stand space in the appropriate section
• Sponsor recognition on all Social Media platforms on the run up to the Show
• This is in addition to 6 Gold Badges allowing free entry into the show as well access to the Members’ Enclosure which overlooks the Main Rings and enjoys bar and luncheon facilities
