- This schedule is in draft form and may be subject to change.
- No entries will be accepted until the full printed version is ready.
- This copy is only to give advance notice to exhibitors of classes, so that preparations can be made for those exhibits which take longer to make.
Industrial and Horticultural Section
Regulations
- All exhibits must be the work of the exhibitors only.
- NO EXHIBIT ALLOWED WHICH HAS PREVIOUSLY WON A PRIZE AT PENRITH AGRICULTURAL SHOW.
- The Committee do not hold themselves responsible for any loss or damage to exhibits, but every reasonable care will be taken.
- If there are less than 4 entries in any Class the judge will decide which prizes will be awarded.
- Any exhibits not shown in the proper Class will be disqualified.
- ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE FIELD AND IN THE CAR PARK BY 9am
- Exhibits to be staged by9.30 amon the morning of the Show. The marquee will be closed for judging from 10.00 to 12.30 and closes again at4.30 pmafter which time the exhibitors must remove their exhibits. No responsibility can be accepted for exhibits not removed by5.00 pm. NO EXHIBITS TO BE REMOVED BEFORE4.30pm
- Exhibitors to provide their own vases etc.
- After judging the exhibits will be wired off to prevent them being handled by visitors to the Show.
- All prize money to be collected in the Tent on Show Day from4.30pm.
- Presentation of Cup’s at4.00 pm
- SPONSORSHIP OF CLASSES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

A Perpetual Cup for the most outstanding exhibit in this Class. (7101)

This class will be marked out of 120; 20 marks for each item and 20 marks for display.
To be staged on a baseboard, space allowed 24” x 24” (approx 61cm x 61cm)
