Are you crafty? Do you grow your own? Do you bake? Do you make jam? Or do you just like to help organise events?

The Penrith Show Industrial Committee are looking for new committee members and extra pairs of hands to Steward on Show Day.

The Committee meet 4 times a year and set the classes for the Produce, Handicrafts, Photography & Art, Floral Art, Fruit, Vegetables, Floral, Children, Child with Pet and Sticks Sections of the show.  They set up the tent the day before Show Day, ready for the Exhibitors to bring their entries; Steward the proceedings on the day and dismantle it all again afterwards.

Many hands make light work and the more help they have on Show Day, the less work there is for individuals to do.  Even if you don’t wish to become a Committee Member, you could give up an hour or two on show day to assist a judge or watch over the exhibits, once the Industrial Tent is open to the public…all assistance is gratefully received.
